Air compressor daily use maintenance
For new compressor,the first maintenance time is 500 hours, change the oil filter andlubricants, clean the intake air filter.
Then regular maintenance schedule as follows.
1. Every day
-Precision line filters and air tanks need to be drained water every 4-6 hours
2.Every 50 hours or weekly
--- Check oil level.
--- Check intake filter, if necessary clean it.
- Drain condensation water from line filter, air tank, refrigerating machine(see photo 3 positions,Very important)
3.Every 2000 hours(after the first maintenance 500 hours)---Replace or clean intake filter.oil filter.lubricants
4.Every 2500 hours
---Replace oil separator
---Replace precision line filters element
5. The other is that the air compressor and the refrigerating machine should be cleanedregularly, and the dirt on the radiator should be cleaned with a dust blowing gun in about aweek.The recommend lubricants is Shell S3 R46.can buy locally.
